Installation Method

1. The installation should be performed by a professional or a Titan Ovens certified technician.

- To ensure proper understanding of the product and prevent malfunctions during oven movement.

2. Gas piping from the exterior to the intermediate valve must use metal pipes. High-pressure rubber hoses must be used from the intermediate valve to the oven. When replacing with flexible hoses, installation should be done in consultation with Titan Oven representatives.

3. The high-pressure rubber hose should be installed with at least 1m of slack.

-In case of oven cleaning or malfunction → Prevent gas pipe tension when moving the oven.

4. The intermediate valve should be installed within reach, and the capacity of the intermediate valve (fuse cock) should be 2.1 or higher. (Fuse cock) To prevent blockage.

5. The high-pressure rubber hose should be installed with at least 1m of slack.

-In case of oven cleaning or malfunction → Prevent gas pipe tension when moving the oven.

6. The gas pressure regulator should be 280 kPa low pressure. For semi-low pressure installation, install a two-stage reduction valve.

7. A gas leak detector must be installed.

8. After installation is complete, fix the wheels to prevent movement.

9. After oven installation, always ensure that no objects other than food (such as plastic) are placed on the belts on either side to prevent falling.
